At RocketLit, weโ€™re on a mission to empower all learners to change the world. Through our online products RocketLit and InnerOrbit, we give educators data and tools to facilitate student growth in science classrooms.

Our primary product, InnerOrbit, empowers teachers and students through NGSS-designed science assessments that promote sensemaking and uncover student thinking. We create rigorous, phenomena-driven assessments and 3D reports that give educators the tools to best support all learners.

๐ŸŽฏ What Youโ€™ll Do

As an Account Associate, youโ€™ll be an integral part of our Customers and Finance/HR Departments, helping us keep our systems, communication, and support running smoothly.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive team member to support and streamline daily operations across customer support and to execute HR and Financial administrative tasks. You'll manage incoming emails, live chat, legal documentation, and invoicing. The ideal candidate is organized, innovative, and thrives in a fast-paced edtech environment.

Your work will directly contribute to helping teachers facilitate meaningful, three-dimensional science learning and assessment in the classroom!

  • Facilitate and respond to incoming company emails
  • Provide direct communication on live chat site to customers
  • Compliance documentation
  • Process purchase orders and send Invoices
  • Streamline and automate manual tasks and processes
  • Additional administrative tasks and projects

  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience managing administrative tasks such as invoicing, purchase orders, or compliance documentation
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced, remote work environment
  • Comfort learning and using new digital tools or systems
  • Ability to identify and execute process improvements for recurring administrative tasks

  • Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
  • Location: Remote, East Coast Time Zone Hours (8:00-4:00 EST)
